Youth arrested for sexually abusing nursing student

KOCHI: A youth was arrested for sexually abusing a nursing student after threatening her with her nude pictures. The arrested is Rexon of Elamakkara. The complaint said that she was sexually abused in Bengaluru where she was studying and then in Kerala. He abused her showing her nude pictures taken when the two were in a relationship, said the police.

The girl and Rexon lived together when they were in Bengaluru. He threatened to show the nude pictures taken to her parents and share them on social media. The complaint alleged that the girl was locked up at her home for several days and raped. The police arrested Rexon last night. The accused produced in the court has been remanded.
