National highway construction in Kannur; Jharkhand native dies in accident

KANNUR: A worker died in a landslide during the construction of a national highway in Chalakkunnu, Kannur. The deceased is Bias, a native of Jharkhand. The accident occurred while he was constructing a concrete wall. Bias fell down when the land collapsed and a rod pierced his head. He was taken to the hospital but his life could not be saved. The accident occurred in Chalakkunnu, Kannur today.
