Woman strangles daughter to death, engages in intimacy with boyfriend near corpse

LUCKNOW: Police identified a mother and her boyfriend to be culprits behind the harrowing murder of a five-year-old girl. The police have arrested the mother, Roshni, and her boyfriend, Udit, in the incident that took place in Uttar Pradesh. Roshni had earlier blamed her husband, Sharukh, for the murder.

Roshni and Shahrukh's daughter Saina was brutally murdered on July 13. Roshni was in a relationship with Shahrukh's friend Udit. On the day of the incident, Udit was at Roshini’s house, and five-year-old Saina caught them during an intimate moment. Fearing that she might reveal to people about the illicit affair, Roshni grabbed the child while Udit put and cloth over her mouth to restrict any form of sound. Udit then stomped on the little girl while Roshini strangled her to death.

A situation that could have made many knees tremble turned into revelry for the duo. They went for a bath together and sat next to the corpse to drink liquor and later engage in intercourse. Soon, the duo slept beside the corpse.

Roshini alleged that the child's father, Shahrukh, committed the murder. The woman said her husband climbed to the fourth floor to kill Saina, which left the police in doubt, as Shahrukh was unable to walk due to a recent accident that seriously injured his leg. Shahrukh was not present in the nearby CCTV footage either, after which the police took Roshni into custody and questioned her.

The accused kept hope of police arresting Shahrukh, which would have paved the way for a new life for her with Udit. The harrowing murder has left a whole village speechless.
