Sajini's 'plane surprise' for her father; Santosh Kumar travels with his IndiGo cabin crew member daughter

KANNUR: The star on social media is a daughter who gave a surprise to her father on a plane when he was returning to his expatriate life. Her goal was to fulfill the wish of her father, who gave wings to her dreams. It was Sajini (24), a native of Karuvatta, Alappuzha, who surprised her expatriate father, Santosh Kumar.

Sajini has been working as a cabin crew member on IndiGo flights for about three years. Santosh, who has been working in Abu Dhabi for 20 years, had a great desire to travel on the same flight where his daughter works as a cabin crew. Making sure to fulfill his wish this time, Santosh checked Sajini's duty schedule and bought a ticket. However, Sajini convinced her father that her duty had changed and that she was now on airport duty. Santosh was shocked to see his daughter smiling and welcoming him onto the flight after he had cleared immigration and security checks. Unable to hold back his joy, tears welled up in his eyes.

Sajini introduced her father to the other passengers, saying that a special person was travelling on this flight today. Everyone listened attentively to Sajini's words of respect in Malayalam for expatriates who, like her hero, are leaving their homeland and home. Santosh was recording all this on his phone. Santosh has decided to end his expatriate life with this trip and return home.

Dream since childhood

Sajini's dream was to become a cabin crew member since she used to leave home to drop her father at the airport. It was Santosh who suggested that his daughter should go for an aviation course after her degree. That's how Sajini completed her course at Vims Aviation Academy in Kochi after completing her BA English and Literature. Later, she got selected in Indigo.
