Ilayaraja donates diamond crowns and golden sword to Mookambika Temple

MANGALURU: Music director Ilayaraja has donated diamond crowns and a golden sword to the Mookambika temple. The Archaka of Mookambika temple, K N Subramanya Adiga, shared this on social media. The pictures of Ilayaraja visiting the temple and donating the crowns and golden sword were also shared.

Mookambika is an important temple in South India where devotees of all castes and religions come. K N Narasimha Adiga was one of the main Archakas of the Jagad Mata Mookambika for 31 years. His son K N Subramanya Adiga is now the Archaka after 17 generations.
