Director actor Basil Joseph is set to produce movies. Basil himself announced this through his social media page. The production house has been named 'Basil Joseph Entertainment'. The banner's title graphics have also been released.

So, here we go again. Trying something I have never done before - producing films. Still figuring out the “how,” but what I do know is I want to tell stories better, bolder, and in new ways.

The title graphics is an animation of a child dressed as a superhero (red cape, chest piece reading 'B' and 'lightning hair') trying to lift the Leaning Tower of Pisa from the bottom and straighten it. The logo includes a caricature of the child wearing cooling glasses and holding a lollipop after pushing and destroying the tower that was upright but lightly swaying. The title graphics are a reference to Basil's 'Minnal Murali'. Basil's laughter can be heard along with the background music. Information such as which film the actor/director will produce has not been released. Basil is active in Malayalam cinema as a director and actor. Basil has directed the films 'Kunjiramayanam', 'Goda' and 'Minnal Murali'.
