Two run over by train at Pettah in Thiruvananthapuram

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A man and a woman were run over by a train at Pettah in the capital city. The two have been identified as Vinod Kannan and Harivishalakshi of Madurai. The two died after the train that passed early this morning knocked them down. Their relatives had lodged a complaint after they were found missing. The police said they are examining whether the incident is a suicide or an accidental one. On being informed, the relatives of the two have left from Madurai. The bodies have been shifted to the hospital after completing the inquest proceedings.
