'Rambha hugged North Indian actors, Rajinikanth saw this and said he would not act with her'; what happened on location?
Rambha is an actress who has acted in eight languages, including Malayalam. Although she is not active now, Rambha's films are still notable. Recently, the actress had said in an interview that she was mentally and physically ready to return to films. Now, director Alleppey Ashraf has opened up about a 'problem' that arose between Rambha and actor Rajinikanth. He shared these things through his YouTube channel.
Rambha is an actress who became a favourite of the youth in the '90s. Rambha, who appeared in village-based roles in Malayalam in the beginning, later played mostly glamorous roles. With that, money and fame came to Rambha. Rambha is also the reason for the success of the Tamil film Ullamthe Allittha. After watching that film, Rajinikanth called the actress on the phone. Rambha had stated that she wanted to act with Rajinikanth. The character that was reserved for Sushmita Sen in Rajinikanth's film Arunachalam was given to Rambha.
Rambha was also acting in Salman Khan's film Bandhan while Arunachalam was being shot in Hyderabad. Once, Salman Khan and Jackie Shroff came to the shooting location of Arunachalam. Rambha embraced them. Rajinikanth was seeing to all this. When they left, Rajinikanth angrily threw the towel from around his neck. Rajinikanth said that he would not act with Rambha again. Rambha was very upset when she heard this.
Then Rajinikanth came and told Rambha some things. 'You embrace and welcome North Indian actors, but that's not how you treat South Indian actors,' Rajinikanth said. Hearing this, Rambha started crying. But Rambha later realized that it was Rajini's prank. Rambha herself revealed this story,' said Alleppey Ashraf.
