THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: It is certain that the assembly session that will convene today after a five-day break will be turbulent. The opposition has decided to make the Sabarimala gold scam an urgent resolution. Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan or PC Vishnunath may move a motion in this regard. The atmosphere in the house is sure to be noisy, whether the opposition's demand to discuss the issue while adjourning the house is accepted or not.

The government had agreed to discuss all other urgent motions except the issue of a BJP representative issuing a death threat against Rahul Gandhi in a channel discussion. The opposition was not able to attack the government as it intended in any of the discussions that were allowed.

However, today, the opposition has enough weapons to launch an attack. The ruling party is on the defensive on the gold scam issue. All the information that has come out will leave the government and the Devaswom Board speechless. In this situation, it is certain that the opposition will obstruct the proceedings of the House if permission is denied. The government will have to work hard to silence the opposition and counterattack if the allegations are brought up for discussion. All the allegations related to the Sabarimala issue date back to the Left government.
