NEW DELHI: The students alleged that Dr Umar Nabi, who is believed to have been the suicide bomber in the Red Fort blast, tried to implement the Taliban model at Al Falah University in Faridabad, where he taught. This was reported by a national media. The report says that students and staff of the college shared such experiences. Dr Umar Nabi was an assistant professor of the college.

Some students said Dr Umar Nabi did not allow boys and girls to sit together in the class. 'Even in his lectures in class and other places, he praised the Taliban model. He also tried to implement that model in the college. Boys and girls used to sit together in classes. However, Dr Umar Nabi did not allow that. When he comes to the class, he would make us sit separately,' said a MBBS student.

Students say that Umar lived in the college hostel and was an introvert. They said they came to the college with high hopes, but the classes were not up to the mark and even the practical was not conducted on time. The employees of the hospital said the number of patients coming to the hospital has decreased significantly after the blast. The students are of the opinion that Dr Shaheen Saeed was a great teacher, although Umar was not very good at teaching.

It is believed that Dr Shaheen Saeed's life at Al Falah University in Faridabad led her to the Pakistani terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. After brainwashing her, she became the head of Jamaat-ul-Momineen, the women's recruitment wing of Jaish-e-Mohammed in India. It has been found that she had constant contact with Pakistani terrorists. An investigation is underway to find out how many women Shaheen has recruited from India to the terrorist organization.

Shaheen was isolated after her divorce. She became a teacher at Faridabad's Al Falah University then. It is believed that she started her association with terrorist groups at this time. The investigation agencies have received indications that three doctors, including Shaheen, from the university are directly linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed. Shaheen was caught after a sophisticated gun was found in her car. The violent explosion near the Red Fort took place after her arrest.
