THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The phone conversation of Anand.K. Thampi, who committed suicide the other day, has been released, putting the local RSS leaders on the defensive. The audio of Anand talking to a close friend has come out. More pictures that prove that Anand is an active Sangh Parivar activist have also come out. "Did you see what was done to me despite working for the movement for more than two decades?" Anand asks his friend in a phone conversation.

"Come hell or high water. I have decided to contest. There is pressure from all sides. I have been humiliated so much. My mind will not allow me to leave them alone anymore. I am a person who fights. No matter how strong the opposition is, I will fight. If I take up a matter, no matter what crisis I face, I will not leave before completing it. Haven't I been doing everything for the organisation for so long? Didn't I give my body, time, money and mind to the organisation? I can't bear to accept and go home when they act like this after all that," he said in a phone conversation.

Anand repeated these things to his friends who spoke to him on Saturday afternoon. When some of his close media persons called Anand, he talked about calling a convention in Trikkannapuram on Monday and joining the Shiv Sena. Anand later sent a suicide note to all of them on WhatsApp and committed suicide.
