Police fire at KAAPA case accused in capital city after being attacked with sword

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The police fired at a KAAPA case accused in Aryancode. SHO Tasnim Abdusamad fired at the accused identified as Kaili Kiran when he tried to attack the police with a sword. Kiran is an accused in various criminal cases. With this, he was included in a KAAPA case and deported as per the court order. In the meanwhile, he reached his house in Aryancode the other day.

Knowing this, SHO Tasnim Abdusamad and his team had gone to catch him. The SHO fired when Kiran tried to hack them with his sword amidst a scuffle. Reports say that Kiran has not been injured in the incident. He ran to safety. A search has been intensified to nab him.
