THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Model and dubbing artist Prilna Raj has criticised the victim who filed a sexual harassment complaint against MLA Rahul Mamkootathil. Expressing her support towards Rahul, Prilna strongly criticised the CPM cyber team that supported the woman.

"People have started to know that she is married as the case has been filed. The pregnancy story of a woman who went to her lover and had sex with him despite having a husband. What a tragedy that you have jumped into that story and posted 'with her'. I feel like saying that your party is a degenerate party," Prilna said in a Facebook post.

"What lesson are you giving to married women? You cheat on your husbands, establish illicit relationships, and our government will stand by you for whatever problems come after that? How could only the man be held responsible for a man and a woman having sex together? How long ago did this pregnancy happen? Is it just now that she started feeling the pain of bleeding? I can't understand how you can support a woman who was not ready to file a case at the time of the incident," Prilna said.

"If that is the case then you need to remove many people from your party. Why didn't you take a stand with the women who were harassed by some people from your party? Aren't they women too? Is it that you didn't measure the severity of it? This is clearly political hypocrisy. When you are dragging him, Rahul, out, you should come forward to remove many people who are in your government. Otherwise, what is the point of you taking this movement forward?" Prilna asks.
