Navy Day rehearsal: Traffic restrictions in Thiruvananthapuram today

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Traffic restrictions have been imposed in the capital city starting from Monday afternoon in connection with the Naval Day Operation Demo Rehearsal organised by the Indian Navy. Only vehicles with passes will be allowed to enter the Shankhumugham and Vettucaud areas from Chackai, Kallummoodu, Stationkadavu, Valiyathura, Kumarichanta, and Madhavpuram.

Vehicles of special invitees should reach Shankhumugham via Chackai All Saints, drop off people and park at the places indicated in the QR code. Vehicles coming via Eanchakkal-Kallummoodu-Ponnarapalam should park at the places indicated in the QR code and reach the event in the vehicles provided by the Navy.

Those without passes should park their vehicles at various parking centres in the city and then take KSRTC buses to Vettucaud. Entry is from 1 pm to 4 pm.
