Christmas that brings message of peace

Despite all the material wealth and comforts, humanity desires peace and tranquillity. All religions proclaim the same thing. There is no difference between scholars and the unwise or Kubera and Kuchela in this regard. When threats to world peace arise, we release pearly white doves into the blue sky as a symbol of the message of peace. It is also a symbol of the human heart that hopes for peace and goodness. All the festivals in the world proclaim the message of human unity and peace. The great Sree Narayana Guru, the influencer of the era, has said that the essence of all religions is the same. The birth of Christ was to accept all the sorrows of the world. That auspicious day is celebrated all over the world as Christmas. It is also a festival of joy when the silver stars in the sky fluttered their wings and flew down to the earth.

The world was in the midst of various disturbances and evils before the birth of Jesus. That great soul dedicated his human incarnation for world peace. What the Indian sages considered most important was peace and tranquillity. They saw the world as a family and a home. Shankaracharya, Swami Vivekananda, Sree Narayana Guru and Chattambi Swami who followed that path fought against the evils in the human mind and society. Believers who understood that the essence of all religions is one do not dare to engage in religious strife or rivalry.

The same is true of political movements that work for the good of humanity. Despite ideological differences, good political leaders and activists do not support violence or aggression. Unfortunately, those who do not understand the essence and greatness of religion and the ideals of politics move in the opposite direction and create chaos.

Christmas and New Year are very close. There is barely a week's difference. Christmas cards, garlands and stars in homes will continue until the end of the year. Society does not impose any religious difference on it. Humanity sees Christmas as a proclamation of peace and joy. Christ tried to eliminate the sorrows and sufferings of man and spread peace and tranquillity. The most valuable message given to the world by Sree Narayana Guru was the verse of one caste, one religion, one God for man. The main objective of the Sivagiri pilgrimage, which is held at the end of December and on the eve of the New Year, is peace and tranquillity. The Christmas celebration is also a journey of the world's mind towards it.

Peace is what all countries, their people and their families desire, but the actions of many heads of state are hindering it. The changing times and lifestyles are disturbing the domestic atmosphere. Many wars and border conflicts took place in 2025 as a major threat to peace. There were many days when the world was on the verge of anxiety. Christmas is coming as the world is recovering from all of that and moving towards the New Year. May it become a star of peace and tranquillity in the minds of the world. Our loving and prayerful Christmas wishes to all readers.
