'Continuous hit projects; what happened in the lives of Renjith and Chippy through that Dileep film'
M Renjith is a producer who has given hit films in Malayalam. His wife and actress Chippy Renjith also has a lot of fans. Chippy, who entered the acting field through films, is now active in serials. Renjith himself has said in many interviews that his film career was full of hardships. Renjith has also said that many producers stopped inviting him to the pujas and other functions of their new projects when his films failed. Now, actor and director Alleppey Ashraf is telling what happened in Renjith's life.
'No one has a permanent love or commitment to anyone in cinema. The first two films that Renjith produced were huge successes. Thus, he continuously gave hit films to Malayalam. However, the films he produced later were failures. With this, he changed the label of producer and continued in films as a production controller. Even then, Mammootty told Renjith that he would become a big producer.
"Renjith made his first film in 1991. Chippy entered the acting field in 1993. In the early days, Chippy gained fame and recognition from Kannada cinema rather than Malayalam cinema. There, Chippy was known as Shilpa. Chippy and Renjith worked in Dileep's film Kalyana Sougandhikam directed by Vinayan. That's where they fell in love. Then they got married. That's when their lives changed.
"They are a couple who understand the hardships of their colleagues because they have achieved success through hardships. That is why Renjith gave Rs. 5000 to the employees of his company for free during the Covid period. This information was released by those who received the money, not Renjith or Chippy. Even after years in the acting field, Chippy has not been involved in any controversies or gossip. Chippy is also a film actress who attends Attukal Pongala every year without fail," said Alleppey Ashraf.
