12-year-old tribal student assaulted: Plus Two student brutally beats up friend's younger brother for wearing his footwear

KOZHIKODE: A Plus Two student brutally beat up his friend's younger brother for wearing his footwear. The incident took place in Koodaranji, Kozhikode. The 12-year-old, a seventh-grade student, was beaten up. Both study at St. Sebastian's School.

The Plus Two student had come to the house to meet the elder brother of the seventh grader. When the three of them came out after spending time together, an argument broke out because the seventh grader put on the Plus Two student's footwear by mistake. This then ended in a fight. The seventh grader was seriously injured. The child's mother filed a complaint with the police about the incident. The victim is a child who belongs to the tribal community. Since both children are minors, the police and the locals are trying to resolve the matter through discussion.
