KOCHI: The trial court stepped forward harshly criticizing T B Mini, the survivor’s advocate in the actor assault case. She had come to the court in less than ten days during the time of the trial. She is seen in the court for only half an hour and is seen sleeping most of the time.

The court said the lawyer sees the court as a resting place. She then goes out and says that the court did not hear this and did not consider that. The criticism was while considering the contempt pleas related to the actress attack case. The survivor's lawyer was not present in the court today. It was at this stage that the court made some remarks asking if the survivor's lawyer is not in the court.

However, advocate T B Mini responded that she had worked on the case for the entire five years of her life and had been in the trial court full time since she got the vakkalath. Something that should never be said to a court lawyer has happened now. Mini told a media that let the high court evaluate this criticism.

‘The court's criticism is immature. Junior lawyers who work with her have arrived in the court in her absence. Not arguing with the court. The court has no need to criticize the lawyers personally,' Mini clarified.
