'Sudha Chandran is a brave woman who built her life with confidence. She started learning dance from the age of three at the insistence of her mother. She met with an accident while leading a happy life. She had one of her infected legs amputated as there was no other option. She then had a desire to dance. She continued dancing after attaching ‘Jaipur artificial leg'. She was bleeding when she was dancing with her artificial leg. Still, she was not ready to give up.
She danced for about three hours in front of a packed audience. Her fame later started spreading all over the world. That's how she entered the acting field. She won a national award for her first film. Producers and directors had to wait for her dates. She has acted in six languages.
She experienced more pain and discomfort while removing her artificial limbs for airport securities. She had even written a letter to the Prime Minister requesting to avoid it.
