Aliens are real, but rules out Area 51 conspiracy, says Obama
WASHINGTON: Former US president Barack Obama said that he believes in the existence of aliens, but doesn't know where such life might be, during a podcast interview with YouTuber Brian Tyler Cowen.
‘I haven’t seen them. They are not being kept at Area 51. There’s no underground facility-unless there’s this enormous conspiracy and they hid it from the President of the United States.’
Area 51 is a highly secretive US Air Force base in Nevada. There are many theories suggesting the government may be concealing alien technology or remains. Many have claimed to have seen objects traveling through the sky at high speed and have a video of it. Obama had previously confirmed that the video footage was real, but did not explain what the truth behind it was.
Obama has spoken about aliens before. He also talked about this in another interview in 2021. He said at the time that there are some things that cannot be revealed on camera about aliens, that some objects seen in the sky have not been identified exactly, and that their unusual flight patterns cannot be explained.
