Adithyan Jayan criticises Manju Warrier, justifies Dileep
Against the backdrop of the spat between actress Manju Warrier and director Sreekumar Menon, actor Adithyan Vijayan has come out to criticise the actress in strongly-worded statements on his Facebook page.
In the post titled ‘If a goldsmith deceives a naïve person, God will deceive him’, Adithyan Jayan has also justified actor Dileep in his write-up.
Excerpts from his post:
“I’m posting this along with this photo just to remind at least some people of certain things… Manju Warrier is a good actress in all sense but she could have shown some more maturity. When she makes complaint against each person, each time, she should realise it is also time for self-evaluation.
In 2017, you turned against a person. When you stood with his enemies, for whatever reason it is, you failed to remember one thing – where your daughter is and with whom she is living…you didn’t even bother to imagine the mental pain that girl went through... That pain will be there throughout her life but you didn’t have time to think about it as your obsession was for making good use of opportunities and drawing maximum public attention; however, all that ended in the midway.
.... but the agony suffered by a man for 86 days was not small. Will you be able to go through that agony for 86 seconds?
We usually forget certain things when people, applause, colour and noise come around us but assuming that those things will be there for ever is a wrong understading.
There is also a mother there. I don’t think God will turn a deaf ear to that mother’s prayer… I don’t have any grudge against you but I felt like saying certain things. I knew long before that all that would end like this only….,” he says.
Adithyan Jayan ends his post with a plea not to consider his post also as another controversy and closing phrase is: “Always with brother Dileep”.
