'Coward Prime Minister; Pinarayi Vijayan is Modi's B team', says Priyanka Gandhi during Kerala election campaign
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Congress leader and Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi arrived in Thiruvananthapuram as part of UDF election campaign. Priyanka attended a public meeting in the Chirayinkeezhu constituency. In her speech, Priyanka fired salvos targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and even went to the extent of calling him a coward.
Priyanka Gandhi:
Modi's policy does not provide security to Indians in the Gulf. Modi bowed down to America and Israel. Our energy security was sacrificed to America. The cowardly Modi does not have the courage to stand up for India. This fear is because his name is in the Epstein file. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is Modi's B team. How is it that only the Chief Minister gets consideration? There is no investigation into the looting of Sabarimala.
A new government is the need of the hour in Kerala. The health sector has collapsed. Those who have graduated from Kerala are unable to find jobs. Farmers are in crisis. Price increases are severe. The government has suppressed the voice of ASHA workers. They do not get paid for the work they do.
Fishermen also have a miserable life. When big industrialists take over the port, the fishermen suffer. There are many things that MPs have to do. But the state government is not giving them a chance. Even after ten years, the government has not given them anything. My brothers have to go abroad in search of work.
"The people of Kerala are intelligent and hardworking. Voters should wake up. They should think about whether they want to tolerate this government for the next five years. People should put aside the politics of communalism,"
