MUMBAI: The luxurious lifestyles of Indian cricketers frequently capture public attention. In today’s digital age, stars often share major milestones—such as the acquisition of new homes and vehicles—directly with fans via social media. Recently, the spotlight has turned to Shubman Gill, the captain of the Indian ODI and Test teams, following his purchase of a high-end residence in Mumbai.

Located in the prestigious Juhu area, the property was acquired from Pooja Leisure and Lifestyle, a firm owned by the Bhagnani family of film producers. The apartment is part of the Pooja Luminaire (often referred to as Pooja Luminary) luxury project on Juhu Tara Road. Reports indicate that Gill has purchased the entire twelfth floor of the building.

The apartment boasts a significant carpet area of 3,369 square feet. The transaction was valued at ₹20.7 crore, with the Indian captain paying ₹1.24 crore in stamp duty and a registration fee of ₹30,000. According to official documents, the registration was finalised on March 26, 2026. While the deal is complete, construction on the luxury project is still ongoing, with a projected completion date in 2029.
