Panchayat president sworn in at Malappuram attempts suicide

MALAPPURAM: A youth attempted suicide shortly after swearing in as panchayat president. Panchayat president T Vijith of Thenipalam in Malappuram was the one who attempted suicide. He has been admitted at the medical college hospital. Vijith won the polls after contesting as Muslim League candidate from the eleventh ward of Thenhipalam panchayat.
