Saritha Nair remanded in solar fraud case

KOZHIKODE: Saritha S Nair has been remanded in the solar fraud case. She has been remanded till April 27. The case will be considered again on the 27th. The Kozhikode Kasaba police arrested her this morning from the capital city.
She was arrested based on the order of Kozhikode Judicial Magistrate Court. She failed to appear even after issuing warrant many times in the financial fraud case. She cheated an amount of Rs 42.70 lakh in the name of installing solar panel.
She was arrested from her house in the capital city. This was the first case registered against her in the district. Apart from Saritha and Biju Radhakrishnan, their driver Manimon is also an accused in the case.
