No graft in Karunya scheme; clean chit for Oommen Chandy and K M Mani

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Former chief minister Oommen Chandy and former finance minister(deceased) KM Mani has received clean chits in the Karunya lottery case. The investigation report says certain lapses had happened and the probe was centred around whether the revenue earned from the scheme was used for any other purposes.
