30 train services through Kerala suspended till May 31 after lockdown

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Train services have been suspended soon after the state announced a complete lockdown. 24 express trains and memu train services have been suspended. Services including Jan Shatabdi, Vanchinad, Palaruvi, Ernad and Antyodaya have been suspended till May 31. The explanation of the railways is that the service was not suspended as part of the lockdown. According to railways, the service has been suspended due to low occupancy of passengers.
