THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KPCC chief K Sudhakaran welcomed any inquiry announced against him. He said that he has to tell the government and their police that a case should be registered only on the complaint of a trusted person. The complainant is a former driver who misused his job at a bank and misappropriated Rs 19 lakh. The money brought to pay for the fixed deposit was stolen. Following that, he was expelled from the bank.

He was not expelled during our time. Now he has joined the CPI (M). He accepted money from many offering jobs at the Kannur Airport. He is an alcoholic. Before taking a vigilance against a parliament member on the complaint of such a person, the government should at least have the wisdom to examine the legal aspects of it, he said.

Not only a vigilance probe, a CBI or a judicial probe can be conducted. The CPM can do whatever they want to do against me. If they can prove that has committed at least one rupee of financial irregularities or any wrongdoing, then will end his political career. An accurate count is kept on the financial matters of the DCC. No one in the party has any complaint on it, he said.
