Actress Divya Unni’s father dies

Actress Divya Unni’s father Unnikrishnan of Ponneth Madom died here today. He leaves behind his wife Umadevi, children Divya Unni, Vidya Unni and son-in-laws Arun Kumar and Sanjay. He was the trustee of Ponneth Temple.

Divya, who was a busy actress in the late nineties, left acting after marriage and focused on dance. Divya's sister Vidya was also an actress.
