Model from Malappuram locked up and gang raped n Kochi

THRIKKAKKARA: A complaint was lodged for gang raping a model from Malappuram after locking her up at Kakkanad in Kochi. The Infopark police have taken into custody Salin Kumar (31) of Alappuzha on the complaint of the 27-year-old from Malappuram. The complaint said she was gang raped on December 1 and 2.

The woman is acquainted with Salin. Her complaint with the Infopark police said that she reached Christina Residency at Kakkanad after Salin called her. The complaint stated that she was given juice laced with drugs and then Salin, Shemeer and Ajmal gang-raped her. They also shot the pictures in their mobile. Hotel owner Christina has also been arraigned. All have fled the place. The woman's statement was recorded before the magistrate last evening. The woman estranged from her husband has a child.
