Case against nine including principal for sexually abusing employee of Arts School

KANNUR: The police have registered a case against the principal of an arts school in Thalassery on the complaint of sexually abusing a temporary employee. A case has been registered against nine including the principal A Raveendran.

The charges against the accused include sexual assault, intimidation and gang detention. The Chakkarakkal police said the statement of the complainant will be recorded again and then the FIR will be handed over to the Thalassery police station. The woman had lodged another complaint alleging that she had been threatened by some people after she had lodged a complaint of harassment.
