ALAPPUZHA: ADGP Vijay Sakhare said the accused in the double murder case have left Kerala. They have been identified and will be nabbed soon. The probe has been extended outside the state, he said while talking to the media.

The challenge for the probe is that the accused have avoided their mobile phones. The investigation team is behind them. The ADGP said they have received information about the conspiracy.

This is a 'Cat and Mouse Game'. All are hiding. He added that all details could not be disclosed at this time. Police conducted a search at more than 250 suspicious homes in the district. Many have already been questioned.

Five SDPI activists have been arrested so far in the murder of BJP leader Renjith Srinivasan. Three RSS workers were arrested in the murder of SDPI leader Shan. They were the ones who hatched the plan and offered help to the killer gangs.
