Another goonda attack in capital city; woman cop, family sustain serious injuries

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Another goonda attack was witnessed in the capital city. The incident happened at the house of Biju of Paruthivila in Dhanuvachapuram. A group of people barged into his house at 10 pm last night. Four including a woman cop sustained injuries in the attack.
One from the 10-member goonda team was handed over to the police by the locals. He has been identified as Sathish of Neyyatinkara. Meantime, the police informed that two have been nabbed. Biju, his wife Shiji, sister Sheeja, a police official and another sister Soniya were those injured.
They were attacked for informing police about the hideout of some accused involved in another case. The injured have been admitted at Parasala taluk hospital.
