Saw Pinarayi Vijayan at  Mammookka's house when I went there to buy Land Cruiser

Actor Ramu is familiar to Malayalees through his villainous roles. Ramu, who has acted in many hit films including Devasuram, Valyettan, Aaram Thumparan, Sharjah to Sharjah and Roudram, is popular among the audience through his character Kunjananthan from the film 'Devasuram.' He has made his mark felt in business as well.

Now, a recent statement made by Ramu about Mammootty is garnering the attention of Malayalees. Ramu said that he met Mammootty 40 years ago and had been able to maintain that friendship ever since.

"Everyone knows about Mammookka's love for cars. I am also a little bit crazy about cars. One day, I called Mammookka after learning that he was going to sell his Land Cruiser. That car had a fancy number- 9369. Upon expressing my interest to buy the car, he said that he will give it to me. Soon, I started to his house in Madras. When I reached Mammookka's house, I saw comrade Pinarayi Vijayan there. Both Mammookka and Pinarayi Vijayan were discussing the launch of the Kairali channel. Thus, I got the opportunity to meet Pinaray Vijayan," Ramu said.
