One from six-member killer group held in RSS leader murder case in Palakkad

PALAKKAD: One among the six-member killer group in the murder of RSS leader Sreenivasan has been taken into custody. The person in custody has been identified as Bilal of Kongad. The police have not revealed from where he was taken into custody.
The police have intensified search for the other five directly involved in the crime. Ashraf (23) of Kunnumpuram, Shanghuvarathodu, Saddam Hussein (30) of Akkiyampadam in Kanjirapuzha and Ashraf (29) of Kavilpadu Kallamparambil arrested the other day have been remanded.
Sreenivasan was attacked on April 16 at his own shop in Melamuri Junction. The six-member killer group came in two bikes and a scooter. Three pillion riders barged into the shop and murdered Sreenivasan.
