Car in Munnar overturns and plunges into 500 ft deep gorge; two including eight-month old baby killed

IDUKKI: Two people were killed after a car carrying tourists overturned and plunged into a 500 ft deep gorge in Munnar. The dead have been identified as Noushad (32) and eight-month old baby Naiza, natives of Andhra Pradesh. The car overturned from the gap road. There were eight people in the car. The six injured has been admitted in the hospital. The accident happened when the team was proceeding to Munnar from Poopara.
