Book a ticket to Kerala first, then we'll consider the case: HC on Vijay Babu's petition

KOCHI: Actor and producer Vijay Babu has informed the High Court that he was willing to cooperate with the investigation of the sexual assault case. Vijay Babu's lawyer informed the court about this when the court considered Vijay Babu's petition. The accused clarified in the court that he was willing to appear before the investigating officer and that he was willing to cooperate with the investigation. However, the single bench of the high court said that the case should be brought before the court's limits first.

The court has asked Vijay Babu, who is in Georgia now, to produce his return ticket to Kerala before the court. The court said it would consider the case as soon as he booked his ticket to Kerala. Vijay Babu's lawyer demanded that the case be considered next Thursday or Friday. However, the court said that it will consider the case only after the return ticket is produced before the court.
