Vijay Babu goes for interrogation after offering prayers at temple

KOCHI: Actor and producer Vijay Babu appeared before the investigation team in the case of sexually abusing an actress. He appeared at the Ernakulam South Police at 11 am today.

Kochi police commissioner has informed to question him in detail. He told media that justice will be ensured to the complainant and those who helped the actor while he was hiding will be found. He will be released after the interrogation as the court has asked not to arrest him till tomorrow.

The actor returned to Kochi at 9 am today after a month’s long hiding in the Gulf. From the airport, he first went to Sree Datta Anjaneya Temple in Aluva.

After offering prayers at the temple, he went straight to the police station. The actor told media that he has full faith in the court and will co-operate with the investigation.
