Misbehavior with journalist; another case filed against P C George

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The museum police has again registered a case against PC George on a misbehaviour complaint filed by a journalist. A case has been registered under charges of insulting womanhood. Under IPC 509, George has been charged with an offense punishable with imprisonment of up to three years. The case was registered based on the complaint of the journalist.

George, who was arrested in the sexual assault case filed by the solar case accused, spoke to the media while coming out of the guest house in Thycaud. The incident happened during this. When asked wasn't it wrong to reveal the name of the victim in the assault case, George replied could he say the name of the journalist instead. It is indicated that the police will take further action after examining the visuals.

Thiruvananthapuram First Class Magistrate Court granted bail to P C George in the sexual assault case under strict conditions that he must appear before the investigating officer every Saturday and to continue it for three months. The next case has been registered today following this.
