KOCHI: The Kerala High Court asked Saritha S Nair what right she has to seek the copy of Swapna Suresh's confidential statement. The court asked how can a person not related to the case ask for the confidential statement. The high court criticised while considering the plea filed by Saritha for the copy of the secret statement. The court has postponed to pronounce the verdict on Swapna's plea. The court asked ED the details about the present progress of the investigation.

Saritha had earlier approached the Ernakulam Principal Sessions Court for a copy pointing some references about her in the secret statement. However, after this was rejected, she moved the high court. Swapna’s secret statement against the chief minister and his family given on June 6 and 7 was handed over to the Enforcement Directorate.
