Rs 25 lakh reward for information on underworld doon Dawood Ibrahim, Rs 20 lakh on his associates

MUMBAI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced a reward of Rs 25 lakh for any information leading to the arrest of Dawood Ibrahim, underworld doon and prime accused in 1993 Mumbai serial blasts.

The agency has also announced a reward of Rs 20 lakh for information about Shakeel Shaikh alias Chhota Shakeel, a close aide of Ibrahim. Rs 15 lakh reward each for information on associates Haji Anees alias Anees Ibrahim Shaikh, Javed Patel alias Javed Chikna and Ibrahim Mushtaq Abdul Razzak Memon alias Tiger Memon. All of them are accused in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case.

The NIA had registered a case against Dawood Ibrahim's D-Company in February. Dawood Ibrahim has been declared as a global terrorist by the United Nations. Anees Ibrahim Shaikh, Chhota Shakeel, Javed Chikna and Tiger Memon runs an international terrorist network called D-Company, the NIA said in a statement.
