Couple commits suicide after daughter elopes and gets married

KOCHI: Fear of facing humiliation and disrepute to family allegedly forced a man and his wife to end their lives. The victims were identified as Kandonthara Radhakrishnan and his wife Anitha staying near Bakery Bus Stop in Vypin. The couple’s daughter had the other day left the house and got married. Their relatives said their daughter’s deed made them upset and so ended their lives. The Munambam police have registered a case.
