Spreading fake news to allege CPM connection, father’s picture being circulated as accused in human sacrifice case, student raises complaint

PATHANAMTHITTA: A student has raised complaint that his father's picture is being widely circulated as Bhagwal Singh, the accused in the Elanthoor human sacrifice case. Gokul Prasannan, a native of Pathanamthitta, wrote in a Facebook post that he will file a complaint against those spreading fake news through social media. Fake news is being surfaced on social media against Gokul's father and CPM Elanthoor local committee member PK Prasannan to accuse that Bhagwal Singh has a CPM connection. Prasannan had participated in Kodiyeri Balakrishnan commemoration program held the previous day. Gokul says that fake news is being circulated using this picture.
