Swapna Suresh, accused in the gold smuggling case, levelled some serious sexual allegations against former CPM ministers Kadakampally Surendran, Thomas Isaac and former speaker P Sreeramakrishnan. Swapna revealed that Kadakampally Surendran invited her to the hotel room in Kochi, P Sreeramakrishnan asked her to come alone to his official residence and Thomas Isaac said that he would take her to Munnar.

Responses are rising from various corners of the society in this regard. Advocate Jaisankar sarcastically said Thomas Isaac tried to empower the tourism sector and thereby enrich the treasury.
