Spadikam Vishnu who sexually abuses women after covering their faces with his own mundu held 

PALAKKAD: Spadikam Vishnu, who sexually abuses women after covering their faces with his own mundu, has been arrested. He was arrested by the Palakkad South Police. He follows the style of Mohanlal from his evergreen hit Spadikam.

Vishnu attacks women in a deserted place when they return home after work. If he is sure that no one is watching, he will remove his mundu. He goes behind women and then will cover their face with his mundu so that they will not be able to identify him. He will then drag them to the bushes and sexually assault them.

He has assaulted many women like this. However, they do not lodge complaints fearing defamation. He committed the same act against a native of Kodumbu. The south police took him into custody following a hint. The court has remanded him.
