Elderly man dies during sex, girlfriend's husband helps dump body

BENGALURU: The police have arrested a woman, her husband and her brother following the death of a 67-year-old man, whose body was found abandoned in a plastic bag. The accused were arrested from Puttenahalli in JP Nagar near Bengaluru. The deceased has been identified as Balasubramanian, a native of Puttenahalli. According to the police, Balasubramanian died of an epilepsy attack while having sex with the homemaker and then the body was dumped by her husband and brother.

“The 67-year-old businessman was having an affair with a 35-year-old homemaker in Bengaluru. On November 16, he went to her house around 5 pm and he died in her bed. The woman got nervous thinking that her name would be maligned in society and called her husband and brother. They packed the businessman’s body in a plastic bag and dumped it at an isolated place in JP Nagar,” a police officer said.

After Balasubramanian did not return, the police launched a probe after a complaint by the family. On the very next day, an unidentified body was found wrapped in a plastic cover. Subsequent investigation revealed that it belonged to Balasubramanian.

The post-mortem report revealed that the cause of death was heart attack. Balasubramanian recently underwent angioplasty.
