Eyeless cruelty: Missing pet dog's eyes gouged out in Palakkad

PALAKKAD: It has been alleged that the eyes of a pet dog were gouged out in Pattambi, Palakkad. The dog belongs to Malathi, a painter. The dog had been missing since last Wednesday. When the dog returned last night, the owners found that the dog's eyes had been brutally gouged out. It is not clear who is behind the incident. A complaint has been lodged with the Pattambi police.
