College girl, friend attacked for questioning eve-teasing in Kottayam

KOTTAYAM: A college girl was attacked in Kottayam city. She was attacked last night near the Central Junction. A three-member team and natives of Thazhathangadi attacked the girl and her friend for questioning eve-teasing. The visuals of the team trying to kick the girl have surfaced.
The youths misbehaved with the girl when she was having food from outside after meeting her friend who is undergoing treatment in Kottayam General Hospital following an accident. The girl and her friend were attacked when questioned it. The locals immediately informed the police. The police reached the spot and took the three youths into custody. They are now in the custody of Kottayam West Police. Police said that a case has been registered against them.
