Sheelu Abraham is a versatile force in the Malayalam film industry making her mark as both an actress and a producer. Sheelu is often criticized on social media for openly speaking about some of the things happening in the film industry. Now, actor and director Aleppey Ashraf speaks about the actress.

'Sheelu Abraham said something that none of the actresses with money and fame in the film industry say. She said that in future, she wants to be a social worker, serve the people and run an old age home. You can know about her character only when you understand her more. Sheelu Abraham leads a normal life and is a strong personality.

I have heard that Sheelu had pointed a mistake in Mohanlal’s speech when he was the president of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) and he immediately corrected it and apologized. She had also decided to contest for the president’s post in AMMA elections. However, there were some in AMMA who were against Sheelu. She later withdrew herself after knowing this. Perhaps if she was at the helm of AMMA, a lot of changes would have happened.

She had problems with the director of the film ‘Ravindra Nee Evide’, in which she appeared as a producer and heroine. She openly talks about the profits and losses of the films via social media and this leads to various controversies. Many criticisms are being raised that she entered the film industry only to fulfill her acting ambitions because her husband has money.
