'Mother went to church for me, viewers too wanted to see me my marriage'; Bineesh Bastin to tie the knot soon

Actor Bineesh Bastin, who became a familiar face among the Malayali audience through his small yet memorable roles, is getting married. Bineesh, who entered films through bodybuilding, has acted in more than 80 movies, including Pokiri Raja, Passenger, Annan Thambi, Action Hero Biju, Vijay’s Theri, and Porinju Mariam Jose.

Bineesh recently opened up about his marriage plans, saying it was not just his wish but also a big dream for his mother and the viewers of his YouTube channel.

“Whenever I post a vlog, almost 80% of the comments I get are asking why I haven’t gotten married even after ten years. My mother used to go to church and pray for my marriage,” Bineesh said.

His bride-to-be, Thara, is from Adoor. The two have known each other for the past five years.

Although the wedding date has not yet been finalised, Bineesh shared two photos with his fiancée on social media.

“I wanted to wear something simple like a common man, but since it’s a photo shoot, I wore a costume sponsored by Suit Men’s Wear so that I’d look neat,” he added.

Bineesh said he will soon announce the wedding date and details.

“Even though it’s a late marriage, I’m very happy. Earlier, I used to reject all marriage proposals that came my way, and my mother couldn’t understand why. Finally, when my family insisted, I told them that I liked someone. My mother immediately agreed and told me to go ahead. Then, along with my brother-in-law and sister, we visited her house to see the girl, and later her family came to our home too,” Bineesh said.
